Our Vision

We aim to guide your journey and:

  • develop each member of our Trust community and work closely with our wider partnership of schools;
  • recruit the highest quality trainee teachers providing outstanding support and training;
  • retain the staff we train and ensure our staff have career progression, through tailored continuing professional development; and
  • ensure equality of opportunity.

Internships and Initial Teacher Training

If you’re interested in our Internship programme and becoming a teacher, why not train with us? We offer bespoke training within our Trust and partnership schools. Our school direct pathways lead to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in primary teaching or in a range of secondary subjects.

Early Career Framework

As you embark on your teaching career, we are there to support and develop you. You will be provided with bespoke, high quality training, coaching and mentoring. These will be delivered in your school and also at our central training hub. You’ll also have opportunities to observe expert colleagues from across our Trust.

National Professional Qualifications

If your ambition is to specialise in a particular aspect of education or to prepare for leadership at any level, you may wish to consider undertaking a National Professional Qualification (NPQ). We offer a range of specialist and leadership NPQs, from which you can select the most appropriate for your professional growth and development.

Continuing Professional Development

We can offer a wide range of bespoke support to schools and colleagues across all phases and contexts. Let us help you to develop and enhance your knowledge, skills and proficiency to enable you and your school to secure the best outcomes for the young people you work with.
